RHA Mission Statement
The mission of the University of Utah Residence Halls Association is to commit to continuous Residence Halls community development.
This is accomplished by:
•Providing leadership development opportunities and networking with other academic institutions.
•Fostering a safe environment for diverse, and historically underrepresented communities, and providing educational opportunities regarding Diversity and Social Justice.
•Social and academic networking through effective and responsible programming.
•Promoting the residence halls community and the opportunities therein.
•Providing residents a voice, and advocating for their concerns, while maintaining confidences.
•Mentoring and fostering a supportive network of Resident Advisors.
•Providing resources and involvement opportunities to engage first year residents in the college experience.
